  1. Its a typo that’s quite common on trucks :-). It is “Use Dipper at night” which means flash the headlights in the night to request to pass (over take in Indian)

  2. Ha ha! I love the signs on the back of Indian trucks. I saw one the other day that said “Please sound horn when passing” Then in big elaborate letters besides it, it said “Good luck” (As we were driving through the windy roads around Shimla hills at the time and the driver seemed to use a policy of blow horn and hope that there is nothing coming, I kind of understood that sentiment!)
